Book scout and book hunter…these are some of the names for the booksellers like me who are always looking for amazing secondhand finds to share. Lately, under the influence of my host Bee Urban, and in talking to Book Garden visitors I’ve been wondering if maybe we are pollinating instead? Going between bookshops, booksales, markets, community venues and readers, moving books between cities and villages, between countries, asking for recommendations everywhere and over and over delighting when we find new copies of our favourites and can pass them along.
