2025 was wonderful, with busy popups, loads of new-to-me local readers, and a fantastic new host in Bee Urban in Kennington Park. Book Garden Popup also debuted as a market stall at Camberwell Green’s Sunday market. Bringing books outside is always going to be a fair weather pursuit, but looking forward to more outings in 2026 while I have this market trader insurance coverage. At the same time talking with community spaces and friendly businesses, hope to offer papercrafts alongside book popup at a venue soon.

The bookhunting continues, travelling far and wide, tracking down unusual secondhand finds to share with local readers. Your recommendations and excitement over the books have been fuel keeping this project going, building our local book ecology. Donations are welcome, and in turn Book Garden donates books to Book Stop Brixton and other local book boxes. Looking forward to seeing you in 2026 –
